Miscanthus

The mulch is always available at our home in Prebold. We are also present in some surrounding wineries and specialized Tuš stores in Slovenia… New locations are coming soon;).

We, as well as our customers, were convinced that miscanthus really helps to repel snails. The secret lies in the structure and exceptional absorbency of miscanthus, which snails do not like.

The mulch is grown from the miscanthus plant.

1 bag is enough for 5 - 8 m2 of surface when filling at least 3 cm of miscanthus layer. 

Before filling the mulch, the soil should be dug and moist. It is advisable to fill the mulch on warmer days so that the soil will retain heat further. Fill the mulch so that the ground is no longer visible (we recommend a layer of at least 3 cm). After filling, water the mulch so that the layer sticks and is not blown away by any wind.
